Publisher Agreement
1. Approval And Traffic Vetting
Publishers must apply for access and may be reviewed for identity, business information, traffic sources, websites, vertical experience, payment details, and compliance history.
Offer access may be instant or approval-based depending on advertiser and network rules. Approval for one offer does not guarantee approval for another offer.
2. Tracking Links And Sub IDs
Publishers must use Affsspace tracking links as issued and may append permitted sub ID parameters for their own reporting and postback workflows.
Publishers may not alter tracking links to bypass attribution, hide traffic sources, simulate clicks, stuff cookies, or misrepresent the origin of traffic.
3. Required Affiliate Disclosures
Publishers must clearly and conspicuously disclose affiliate or paid relationships near promotional links, endorsements, reviews, videos, social posts, advertorials, email placements, and other promotional content where required.
A disclosure hidden in a footer, profile page, comment, separate legal page, or link that consumers are unlikely to see is not sufficient for Affsspace policy.
4. Prohibited Publisher Conduct
- Deceptive, misleading, or unsubstantiated product claims.
- Unauthorized celebrity, doctor, news, government, or brand endorsements.
- Fake testimonials, fake scarcity, fake medical authority, or fake consumer outcomes.
- Spam, unsolicited email, scraped leads, bot traffic, malware, cloaking, click injection, cookie stuffing, forced redirects, or hidden placements.
- Promotion through traffic sources, geographies, or methods prohibited by the offer terms.
- Any conduct that violates FTC, FDA, CAN-SPAM, privacy, platform, advertising, sanctions, or consumer protection requirements.
5. Payout Eligibility
Only valid conversions that satisfy offer terms, tracking requirements, advertiser validation, and Affsspace compliance review are eligible for payout.
Affsspace may require tax forms, identity or business verification, payment method review, traffic proof, or additional documentation before releasing payouts.
Payouts may be held, reduced, reversed, or denied for invalid traffic, chargebacks, refunds, duplicate conversions, policy violations, sanctions concerns, or failure to cooperate with review.
