Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to Affsspace, a business-to-business affiliate network and performance marketing platform operated by AFFSSPACE LLC.

Affsspace provides technology and operational services for offer discovery, tracking links, attribution, reporting, postbacks, advertiser invoicing, affiliate payout review, and related network administration.

Affsspace does not manufacture, own, sell, ship, prescribe, recommend, evaluate, or verify the physical products or services promoted through advertiser offers. Advertisers remain responsible for their offers, products, claims, landing pages, pricing, refunds, fulfillment, customer service, and legal compliance.

Advertisers are brands, agencies, offer owners, or authorized representatives that list offers, provide landing pages or creative materials, define payout terms, and receive traffic through the network.

Publishers, also called affiliates, are approved traffic partners that promote eligible offers and may earn commissions on valid conversions according to offer terms and platform review.

Each party is responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting credentials, complying with applicable laws, and following all offer-specific rules shown in the platform or communicated by Affsspace.

Affsspace tracking links, pixels, server-to-server postbacks, sub IDs, click IDs, landing page IDs, conversion events, and reporting tools are used to attribute traffic and commissions.

Advertisers and publishers authorize Affsspace to process and share relevant attribution and transaction data between the advertiser and publisher connected to a click, conversion, offer, or payout review.

Users may not tamper with tracking links, simulate clicks or conversions, bypass attribution controls, interfere with postback delivery, or use the platform to create transactions with no genuine commercial purpose.

Commission rates, payout types, conversion rules, review status, and payment schedules are shown on offer records or agreed separately in writing.

Affiliate payouts are subject to approval, advertiser validation, fraud review, minimum payout thresholds, tax or identity documentation, payment method review, and network payout schedules.

Affsspace may hold, delay, reject, reverse, offset, or claw back amounts connected to invalid traffic, duplicate conversions, chargebacks, refund activity, advertiser disputes, sanctions concerns, tax documentation issues, policy violations, or suspected fraud.

• Deceptive health, weight loss, medical, financial, or earnings claims.
• Unsupported before-and-after claims, fake scarcity, fake news formats, fake reviews, or misleading advertorials.
• Unauthorized celebrity, doctor, expert, government, brand, or media endorsements.
• Spam, unsolicited commercial messages, scraped leads, purchased lists, or CAN-SPAM violations.
• Bot traffic, fake leads, fake clicks, conversion stuffing, cookie stuffing, click injection, malware, forced redirects, cloaking, or hidden iframes.
• Trademark bidding, domain spoofing, brand impersonation, or use of advertiser intellectual property without permission.
• Incentivized traffic, sweepstakes traffic, call-center traffic, push notifications, SMS, email, native ads, search ads, social ads, or display traffic where the offer rules do not allow that source.
• Promotion in prohibited geographies, sanctioned regions, or channels that violate offer rules or applicable law.

Health, wellness, supplement, beauty, and Nutra offers require special care. Advertisers must substantiate claims and publishers must not make claims that an advertiser could not legally make.

Publishers may not state or imply that a third-party product diagnoses, treats, cures, mitigates, or prevents any disease unless the advertiser has expressly approved compliant language and the claim is lawful.

Affsspace may remove offers, pause traffic, suspend accounts, or hold payouts if promotional materials appear deceptive, non-compliant, or likely to expose the network to regulatory, banking, or reputational risk.

Affsspace may approve, reject, suspend, limit, or terminate accounts, offers, links, postbacks, or payouts when needed to protect the platform, advertisers, publishers, consumers, banking partners, or legal compliance.

Users must cooperate with compliance reviews, traffic source requests, identity checks, tax documentation, and advertiser investigations. Failure to cooperate may result in withheld payouts or account closure.

The platform is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Affsspace is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

Affsspace may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
