Terms of Service

The terms governing Affsspace, advertisers, marketing partners, tracking, offers, payments, and compliance. Last updated: June 1, 2026.

1. Parties And Platform Role

These Terms of Service govern access to Affsspace, a business-to-business digital marketing agency operated by AFFSSPACE LLC.

Affsspace operates as a B2B digital marketing agency and advertising intermediary. We provide technology and operational services for campaign management, tracking, attribution, reporting, and payment administration. We work with brands and verified marketing partners to drive qualified leads and conversions on a performance basis.

Affsspace does not manufacture, own, sell, ship, hold inventory, prescribe, recommend, evaluate, or verify the physical products or services promoted through advertiser campaigns. We do not process retail customer payments or act as merchant of record. All platform revenue consists of business-to-business payments via ACH, wire transfer, or other approved commercial payment methods. Advertisers remain responsible for their products, claims, landing pages, pricing, refunds, fulfillment, customer service, and legal compliance.

2. Advertisers And Marketing Partners

Advertisers are brands, agencies, or authorized representatives that engage our services, provide campaign requirements, define conversion criteria, and receive leads or traffic through our marketing platform.

Marketing partners are approved traffic partners that promote campaigns and may earn performance fees on valid conversions according to campaign terms and platform review.

Each party is responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting credentials, complying with applicable laws, and following all campaign-specific rules shown in the platform or communicated by Affsspace.

3. Tracking, Attribution, And Data Sharing

Affsspace tracking links, pixels, server-to-server postbacks, sub IDs, click IDs, conversion events, and reporting tools are used to attribute traffic and performance.

Advertisers and marketing partners authorize Affsspace to process and share relevant attribution and transaction data between parties connected to a click, conversion, or campaign.

Users may not tamper with tracking links, simulate clicks or conversions, bypass attribution controls, interfere with postback delivery, or use the platform to create transactions with no genuine commercial purpose.

4. Payments, Holds, And Reversals

All Affsspace payments are strictly business-to-business transactions. Performance rates, conversion criteria, review status, and payment schedules are shown on campaign records or agreed separately in writing.

Partner payments are processed via ACH, wire transfer, or other approved B2B payment methods to verified business entities or individuals. Payments are subject to approval, advertiser validation, fraud review, minimum thresholds, tax documentation, and payment method review.

Affsspace may hold, delay, reject, reverse, offset, or claw back amounts connected to invalid traffic, duplicate conversions, chargebacks, refund activity, advertiser disputes, sanctions concerns, tax documentation issues, policy violations, or suspected fraud.

5. Prohibited Traffic And Marketing Methods

  • Deceptive health, financial, or earnings claims.
  • Unsupported before-and-after claims, fake scarcity, fake news formats, fake reviews, or misleading advertorials.
  • Unauthorized celebrity, doctor, expert, government, brand, or media endorsements.
  • Spam, unsolicited commercial messages, scraped leads, purchased lists, or CAN-SPAM violations.
  • Bot traffic, fake leads, fake clicks, conversion stuffing, cookie stuffing, click injection, malware, forced redirects, cloaking, or hidden iframes.
  • Trademark bidding, domain spoofing, brand impersonation, or use of advertiser intellectual property without permission.
  • Incentivized traffic, sweepstakes traffic, call-center traffic, or traffic sources not approved for the specific campaign.
  • Promotion in prohibited geographies, sanctioned regions, or channels that violate campaign rules or applicable law.

6. Vertical-Specific Compliance

Affsspace supports multiple verticals including home services, healthcare, financial services, and insurance. Each vertical may have specific compliance requirements.

For regulated verticals such as finance, insurance, and lending, marketing partners must ensure all promotional materials comply with applicable federal and state regulations. Marketing partners may not make guarantees about approval rates, interest rates, or loan terms unless expressly authorized.

For healthcare-related campaigns, marketing partners may not state or imply that a product diagnoses, treats, cures, mitigates, or prevents any disease unless expressly approved and lawful.

Affsspace may pause campaigns, suspend accounts, or hold payments if promotional materials appear deceptive, non-compliant, or likely to expose the agency to regulatory or reputational risk.

7. Account Review, Suspension, And Termination

Affsspace may approve, reject, suspend, limit, or terminate accounts, campaigns, or payments when needed to protect the platform, advertisers, marketing partners, consumers, banking partners, or legal compliance.

Users must cooperate with compliance reviews, traffic source requests, identity checks, tax documentation, and investigations. Failure to cooperate may result in withheld payments or account closure.

8. Limitation Of Liability And Updates

The platform is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Affsspace is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

Affsspace may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
