How Affsspace processes account, tracking, attribution, postback, conversion, payout, and compliance data. Last updated: June 1, 2026.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how AFFSSPACE LLC collects, uses, shares, and protects information when operating the Affsspace affiliate network platform.

Affsspace is a B2B platform for advertisers and publishers. Tracking, attribution, postbacks, reporting, fraud prevention, and payout review are core parts of the service.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account data such as name, email, company or organization details, role, messenger contacts, country, security settings, and profile information.
  • Advertiser data such as offer details, landing pages, payout terms, integration settings, postback endpoints, and billing or operational information.
  • Publisher data such as traffic sources, verticals, websites, references, payment details, tax or identity review status, tracking links, and postback configurations.
  • Tracking and attribution data such as click IDs, tracking token IDs, landing page IDs, offer IDs, conversion IDs, sub1 through sub10 values, referrers, user agents, device type, channel, timestamps, hashed IP-derived data, and postback request details.
  • Payout, ledger, conversion, compliance, audit, support, and security records.

3. How We Use Information

  • Operate accounts, offers, tracking links, postbacks, reports, payouts, and support workflows.
  • Attribute clicks and conversions between advertisers and publishers.
  • Calculate commissions, review conversions, detect invalid traffic, and process payout requests.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, sanctions risk, policy violations, unauthorized access, and security incidents.
  • Communicate about account, offer, compliance, operational, and support matters.
  • Maintain business records and comply with legal, tax, accounting, and banking obligations.

4. Data Sharing Within The Network

Affsspace shares relevant tracking, conversion, offer, and payout data between the advertiser and publisher connected to a transaction so commissions can be measured, credited, audited, disputed, and paid.

Advertisers may see publisher-related performance and conversion data for their offers. Publishers may see offer, link, landing page, conversion status, payout, and postback data relevant to their own traffic.

Affsspace does not sell consumer products directly and does not need direct consumer credit card data to operate the affiliate attribution platform.

5. Cookies, Pixels, Postbacks, And Similar Technology

We use cookies, session storage, tracking links, redirect logs, pixels, server-to-server postbacks, sub IDs, click IDs, and similar technologies for authentication, security, attribution, conversion reporting, fraud prevention, and platform analytics.

Publishers and advertisers are responsible for providing any notices, consents, disclosures, or opt-out mechanisms required for their own websites, landing pages, ads, email, pixels, cookies, or tracking technology.

6. Service Providers And Legal Disclosures

We may share information with service providers that help us operate hosting, databases, authentication, communications, analytics, fraud review, payouts, accounting, customer support, and security.

We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, sanctions screening, tax obligations, banking partner review, fraud investigation, safety concerns, or to protect the rights and security of Affsspace, users, consumers, and partners.

7. Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, including California, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal data.

To make a privacy request, contact support@affs.space. We may need to verify your identity or authority before responding, and some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, accounting, tax, legal, security, or legitimate business purposes.

8. Security, Retention, And International Processing

We use access controls, encrypted transport, authentication safeguards, audit logs, hashed IP storage where appropriate, and operational monitoring to protect platform data.

We retain data while accounts are active and as needed for attribution, reporting, payout records, fraud prevention, dispute handling, tax and accounting obligations, legal compliance, security, and legitimate business operations.

Affsspace may process data in the United States and other locations where our infrastructure or service providers operate.
