FTC And Advertising Compliance Policy
1. Truthful And Substantiated Advertising
All advertisements, landing pages, social posts, videos, native ads, emails, reviews, and endorsements used with Affsspace offers must be truthful, not misleading, and supported by appropriate evidence.
Health, wellness, supplement, weight loss, beauty, and medical-adjacent claims require especially careful substantiation and must follow advertiser-approved language.
2. Clear Affiliate Disclosures
Publishers must disclose paid, affiliate, sponsored, commission, free product, or other material connections in a clear and conspicuous way that consumers can see before or at the time they interact with the promotional link or endorsement.
Disclosures should be close to the claim or link, easy to read, in the same language as the promotion when practical, and not hidden behind vague labels, comments, hashtags, or separate legal pages.
3. Health And Nutra Marketing Restrictions
- Do not claim that a product diagnoses, treats, cures, mitigates, or prevents disease unless expressly approved and lawful.
- Do not use fake before-and-after images, fake clinical proof, fabricated testimonials, or unsupported weight loss or medical outcomes.
- Do not imply FDA approval, doctor endorsement, scientific proof, or government endorsement unless the advertiser has provided written authorization and substantiation.
- Do not target vulnerable consumers with fear-based medical claims or pressure tactics.
4. Monitoring And Enforcement
Affsspace may request ad examples, source URLs, traffic proofs, screenshots, creatives, keyword lists, placement data, email samples, or other materials to review compliance.
Affsspace may warn, pause, remove, withhold payouts, suspend, or terminate users whose promotions create legal, regulatory, banking, advertiser, consumer, or reputational risk.
