FTC And Advertising Compliance Policy
1. Truthful And Substantiated Advertising
All advertisements, landing pages, social posts, videos, native ads, emails, reviews, and endorsements used with Affsspace campaigns must be truthful, not misleading, and supported by appropriate evidence.
Claims about products, services, pricing, savings, or outcomes require substantiation and must follow advertiser-approved language.
2. Clear Disclosures
Marketing partners must disclose paid, sponsored, or business relationships in a clear and conspicuous way that consumers can see before or at the time they interact with the promotional link or endorsement.
Disclosures should be close to the claim or link, easy to read, in the same language as the promotion, and not hidden behind vague labels or separate pages.
3. Vertical-Specific Marketing Restrictions
- Finance and Insurance: Do not guarantee approval rates, specific interest rates, or loan terms. All financial promotions must comply with applicable federal and state regulations.
- Home Services: Do not misrepresent licensing, certifications, service areas, or pricing. Ensure all contractor claims are accurate.
- E-commerce: Do not use fake reviews, fake scarcity, or misleading pricing comparisons.
- Health and Wellness: Do not claim that a product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents disease unless expressly approved and lawful. Do not use fake testimonials.
- Do not imply government endorsement or official approval unless authorized and substantiated.
4. Monitoring And Enforcement
Affsspace may request ad examples, source URLs, traffic proofs, screenshots, creatives, or other materials to review compliance.
Affsspace may warn, pause, withhold payments, suspend, or terminate users whose promotions create legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
