KYC And Anti-Fraud Policy
1. Risk-Based Account Review
Affsspace uses risk-based review for advertisers, publishers, offers, tracking activity, postbacks, and payouts. Reviews may include identity, business, traffic source, domain, payment method, tax, sanctions, and compliance checks.
Affsspace may approve, reject, limit, pause, or terminate accounts or offers based on review results or risk signals.
2. Publisher Verification And Tax Documentation
Before payouts are released, publishers may be required to provide tax documentation such as W-9, W-8BEN, W-8BEN-E, or other appropriate forms, along with payment details and supporting account information.
Affsspace may request additional identity, business, traffic history, website ownership, placement, or source-of-funds information where needed for fraud prevention, banking review, or compliance.
3. Sanctions And Prohibited Activity
Affsspace may screen accounts, counterparties, payment destinations, traffic, and related information against sanctions, prohibited country, high-risk activity, and unsupported industry concerns.
Users may not use Affsspace for transactions with no genuine commercial purpose, sanctioned parties, illegal goods or services, unlicensed regulated services, deceptive schemes, or activity outside the network's risk appetite.
4. Traffic Quality And Payout Controls
Affsspace monitors for bot traffic, abnormal click patterns, duplicate conversions, click stuffing, conversion stuffing, proxy abuse, suspicious sub ID patterns, refund spikes, chargeback spikes, advertiser disputes, and other invalid activity.
When risk is detected, Affsspace may hold payouts, request documentation, pause links or offers, reverse conversions, reject traffic, notify advertisers, suspend accounts, or cooperate with banks, processors, regulators, or law enforcement where appropriate.
