Advertiser Agreement

Advertisers are responsible for the legality, accuracy, availability, fulfillment, customer support, refunds, chargebacks, and compliance of their products, services, landing pages, order flows, claims, creatives, and offer rules.

Affsspace may provide tracking and network administration, but it does not become the seller, merchant of record, manufacturer, distributor, shipper, medical provider, or product evaluator for advertiser offers.

Advertiser payment arrangements are business-to-business funding, invoicing, deposits, wires, ACH, or other approved commercial payment methods agreed with Affsspace.

Affsspace does not process consumer credit card purchases for advertiser products through the affiliate network. Consumer purchase processing, refunds, tax collection, and chargebacks remain the advertiser's responsibility.

Advertisers must provide accurate offer names, descriptions, categories, payout terms, traffic rules, allowed geographies, landing pages, tracking parameters, postback configuration, and any restrictions needed for compliant promotion.

Advertisers must maintain working landing pages and tracking integrations. If advertiser postbacks, pixels, or conversion data are inaccurate or delayed, Affsspace may pause traffic, hold reporting adjustments, or reconcile conversions after review.

Advertisers must have competent and reliable support for health, wellness, supplement, beauty, weight loss, medical, or performance claims before providing those claims to publishers.

Advertisers must not ask publishers to make claims, endorsements, testimonials, urgency statements, or product comparisons that are deceptive, unsubstantiated, unauthorized, or unlawful.

Advertisers must promptly review conversion disputes, fraud signals, refund or chargeback issues, payout discrepancies, and compliance reports.

Affsspace may require offer edits, traffic pauses, proof of claim substantiation, refund data, conversion logs, or advertiser-side investigation materials when needed to protect the network.
