Partner Agreement

Rules for marketing partners promoting campaigns, using tracking links, meeting disclosure requirements, and receiving payments. Last updated: June 1, 2026.

1. Approval And Traffic Vetting

Marketing partners must apply for access and may be reviewed for identity, business information, traffic sources, websites, vertical experience, payment details, and compliance history.

Campaign access may be instant or approval-based depending on advertiser and agency rules. Approval for one campaign does not guarantee approval for another.

2. Tracking Links And Sub IDs

Marketing partners must use Affsspace tracking links as issued and may append permitted sub ID parameters for their own reporting and postback workflows.

Marketing partners may not alter tracking links to bypass attribution, hide traffic sources, simulate clicks, or misrepresent the origin of traffic.

3. Required Disclosures

Marketing partners must clearly and conspicuously disclose paid, sponsored, or business relationships near promotional links, endorsements, reviews, videos, social posts, advertorials, and other promotional content where required.

A disclosure hidden in a footer, profile page, comment, or separate legal page is not sufficient.

4. Prohibited Partner Conduct

  • Deceptive, misleading, or unsubstantiated product claims.
  • Unauthorized celebrity, doctor, news, government, or brand endorsements.
  • Fake testimonials, fake scarcity, fake authority, or fake consumer outcomes.
  • Spam, unsolicited email, scraped leads, bot traffic, malware, cloaking, click injection, cookie stuffing, forced redirects, or hidden placements.
  • Promotion through traffic sources, geographies, or methods prohibited by the campaign terms.
  • Any conduct that violates FTC, FDA, CAN-SPAM, privacy, advertising, sanctions, or consumer protection requirements.

5. Payment Eligibility

Only valid conversions that satisfy campaign terms, tracking requirements, advertiser validation, and Affsspace compliance review are eligible for payment.

Affsspace may require tax forms, identity verification, payment method review, traffic proof, or additional documentation before releasing payments.

Payments may be held, reduced, reversed, or denied for invalid traffic, chargebacks, refunds, duplicate conversions, policy violations, or failure to cooperate with review.
